I demand you table and support the PEER Blueprint:
1. Shared-PC computer labs in every government school, Grades 1-6, 100% free.
2. Python-based financial and taxation literacy from Grade 7, plus hardware and media design.
3. Supervised real corporate micro-projects inside the Grade 9 and 10 curriculum.
4. A State VC Department bound by the Golden Mandate: state-funded companies must build their HQ in Punjab and hire from this public tech-pipeline.
